With the Vermont Unidentified Corridors statute coming into full flower in 2010, many towns are now working hard to research, locate, map and report their network of ancient, unmaintained public roads.  Whether you own a large parcel of land and you’re curious about that old “wood road” or “farm road” that’s always crossed the back 40 or you are buying property and have been told, “Oh, that’s just a snowmobile trail, nothing to worry about,” Vollers Law can perform the research and site inspection work necessary to ascertain, to the best that available records and relevant statutory provisions can indicate, what access rights, if any, pertain to the property.  

Junior Bicycle Racing Team:

The Law Office of Peter K. Vollers, PLC co-sponsors a junior level bicycle racing team focused on bringing new riders into the lifelong sport of competitive cycling.  Peter Vollers, a previous Junior World Championships National Team Member, Collegiate National Champion, and past professional bicycle racer leads a weekly junior bike ride from the Start House Ski and Bike Shop on Central Street in Woodstock .  From these Monday night rides, there was so much interest in junior level bicycle racing that we were able to form the Start House Ski and Bike/Vollers Law Racing Team.   Already, the team has amassed several top-five placings in the New England road racing circuit and is now looking forward to the wild and wooly New England cyclo-cross  season!
