David Pollak brings a unique blend of financial acumen and legal experience to the Vollers Law team. A New Hampshire and Vermont native, Dave returned to the Green Mountain State in late 2025 to put down roots in the Woodstock community with his wife, Ally, and their daughter, Luca.

Dave earned his B.S. in management with a concentration in finance from Boston College, leading to internships at big banks handling debt capital markets. After building a robust foundation in finance, he attended UCLA School of Law to pursue real estate and corporate law. He honed his craft through years of real estate law practice in Denver and the Vail Valley, along with in-house legal work at financial services startups. During this time he also started and ran multiple small businesses with Ally. He’s thrilled to combine such a wide range of experience with a passion for serving the people and places he calls home.

When he’s not navigating the complexities of real estate law or guiding a fellow Vermonter through their estate planning journey, you’ll likely find Dave and his family out exploring the trails—whether on skis, mountain bikes, or in running shoes.
